Just to remind everyone that our annual distance meet is this weekend and therefore there will be no training at all this weekend
Warm up times will be 5pm on both days.
Please bring a t-shirt, poolside shoes/flip-flops and a spare towel to dry off and keep warm between races. Additional joggers and tops are advisable as it's very important to keep warm for racing and it may be chilly on poolside once you're wet.
Also don't forget a drink to keep yourself hydrated
Any withdrawals must be notified to Mary Parkinson (Head Coach) no later than 4:15pm on each day.
