Arena league 3rd round

Well done to the swimmers who represented us at yesterdays arena league gala in Irlam
They were-
Georgia Ashton, Abbie Brennand, Kate Eastwood, Katie Henry, Millie Arcangelo, Chloe Cottam, Lizzie Woodcock, Anna Nickolakis, Alexis Robinson, Isaac Brennand, Scott Paynter, Alex Fitzpatrick, Joe Arcangelo, Bradley Astles, Callan Sharples, Jordan O'Hara, Liam Hardman, Jack Hardman, Callum Eastwood, Stephen Hancock, Ben Gibbs, Elliot Smallwood and Will Hawkes.

Well done to Lizzie Woodcock(12) and Chloe Cottam(13) who between them swam 14 races most of which were in the age categories above them.  Along with Milly Arcangelo(12) and Anna Nikolakis they fought hard against older competitors to gain victory in the 15/u freestyle relay. Another success in the relays came in the form of the boys 9-11 team of Isaac Brennand, Scott Paynter, Alex Fitzpatrick and Joe Arcangelo who won both of their team races. Also special mention goes to Isaac who achieved our only individual win of the night, in the 9-11 50m Fly, despite some very close 2nd and 3rd place finishes.
