Complete the following in a total time of 20 minutes without a pause:
The award is open to swimmers from Improvers Squad and above. The cost is £5.00. Please register your interest in the comments section below. A reminder that there will be no training Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June due to the extended Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend. This includes no Mini Marlins on Saturday 4th.
Training will resume as normal on Monday 6th. What ever you are doing, we hope you all have a great weekend. There will be an additional training session for the Improvers Squad on Saturday. The session will take place on Saturday 28th, 6:00 - 7:00pm at Chorley.
The recent training cancellations due to technical problems at All Seasons demonstrated how important it is that members receive emails the Club sends out. We are aware that some people are not always receiving them due to going into Spam or the Promotions tab.
We would like to encourage you to download the Swim Manager app and enable push notifications. For urgent messages we send out a Swim Manager Alert which will appear on your phone as a notification. You can also view previous messages within Swim Manager. To make sure that Chorley Marlins emails reliably land in your inbox and don’t get junked, you can whitelist our email addresses. To whitelist an email address just means you add them to your approved senders list. This tells your email client that you know this sender and trust them, which will keep emails from Chorley Marlins at the top of your inbox and out of the junk folder. Whitelisting is a quick, one-time-only task to add our email address to your address book or safe senders list. Usually, all you need to do is open an email message and verify the sender can be trusted. These are the main email addresses we use: [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] [email protected] Here are simple instructions on how to ensure that future emails get delivered straight to the inbox, in some of the most popular email clients: How to Whitelist an Email in Gmail If you’re using Gmail as your email provider, it’s easy to set things up so that a given sender is whitelisted for all future communications. The Gmail whitelist process can be done quickly through the web client:

How to Whitelist an Email in Outlook Whitelisting a domain or specific email address in Outlook.com is just as easy and works by adding the address or domain in question to a group called “safe senders”. An address that has been added to safe senders will be pushed to your inbox regardless of your spam filters. To add an address or domain to safe senders:

How to Whitelist an Email in Yahoo Mail If you want to move a sender or domain name to your whitelist Yahoo Mail, the process is even easier than it is in the other service providers mentioned above. As long as you have already received at least one message from the address in question, all you have to do is highlight that message in the Bulk folder and mark it as Not Spam. Once you have identified a single message from a given sender, the Yahoo Mail spam filters will automatically allow future messages from the same address into your inbox. On the other hand, if the person you’re attempting to whitelist hasn’t yet sent you a message, you’ll need to go through the following steps to whitelist the address:

How to Whitelist an Email Address in AOL Many people looking for email whitelisting instructions for AOL are confused by the fact that AOL doesn’t have a traditional email whitelist. Instead, it considers all mail addresses a user has in his or her address book to be trustworthy. This means that the contact list in AOL essentially serves the same purpose as Gmail whitelist and Outlook whitelist. Here are step-by-step instructions for whitelisting an email address in AOL:
There will be an additional training session for members of the Intermediates Squad this Saturday, 21st. Training will be at Chorley 6:00 - 7:00pm.
