Warm Up Session 1 - Saturday 21st
9:00 - 9:30 am Mixed 800m Lanes 1 - 3
9:00 – 9:15 am – Boys 9/10/11 years Lanes 4 - 8
 9:15 – 9:30 am – Boys 12/over All Lanes
9:30 – 9:45 am – Girls 9/10/11 years All Lanes
9:45 – 10:00 am – Girls 12/over All Lanes

Start as soon after 10:00 am as possible.

Warm Up Session 2
1:30 – 1:45 pm – Boys 9/10/11 years
1:45 – 2:00 pm – Boys 12/over 
2:00 – 2:15 pm – Girls 9/10/11 years
2:15 – 2:30 pm – Girls 12/over

Start as soon after 2:30 pm as possible.

Warm Up Session 3 - Sunday 22nd
9:00 – 9:15 am – Boys 9/10/11 years
 9:15 – 9:30 am – Boys 12/over 
9:30 – 9:45 am – Girls 9/10/11 years
9:45 – 10:00 am – Girls 12/over

Start as soon after 10:00 am as possible.

Warm Up Session 4
1:00 – 1:15 pm – Girls 9/10/11 years NB Earlier Time
1:15 – 1:30 pm – Girls 12/over 
1:30 – 1:45 pm – Boys 9/10/11 years 
1:45 – 2:00 pm – Boys 12/over

Start as soon after 2:00 pm as possible.

To help the event run smoothly withdrawals must be made as early as possible and no later than 60 minutes before the start of a session. Please withdraw in time to avoid empty lanes and a potential fine. Notification in advance of withdrawals to Claire by email - [email protected] . On the day by text to both 07595 974314 and 07951 652410 - include swimmers name and Chorley Marlins.

PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE AT THE POOL TOO EARLY - No need to arrive before 8:15 am

• There is a café facility in the reception area of the centre. 
• Swimmers will be marshalled in the area near the changing village. 
• No photography in the facility (centre policy)
• No phones in the changing room area (applies to everyone)
• No parents/carers allowed in the changing rooms.
• There is a training session taking place prior to the gala.
• Coaches and poolside personnel will be able to access poolside at 8:40 am.
• Please do not to arrive too soon.

Level 3 Long Course Meet

AGES: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13/14, 15/Over
EVENTS:
50m All Strokes – HDW
100m All Strokes – HDW
200m All Strokes – HDW
200m I.M – HDW

​All events are heat declared winners, with medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each age group.

Entry fees are £9.00 per event, with a £2.00 entry fee per swimmer.

Upper time limits apply at this meet, consideration times can be found in the documents tab, swimmers with recorded times FASTER than those published will not be accepted.

Open to swimmers from Alphas and above.

Apologies for the limited entry window, this is a very popular gala, to maximise our chances of being accepted we will be submitting our club entry as soon as the meet opens. Please ensure payment is made to the Chorley Marlins competition account at the time of entry, and before the closing date of midnight on 15th September, we are unable to process entries received without payment.
