Land training takes place on Sunday evenings from 6 to 7 pm and is for swimmers from the Intermediates Squad and above. Each week Craig will be setting a challenge to complete. This weeks challenge is a simple one, eat a fruit and / or vegetable that you've never eaten before. Please share in the comments section when you have completed the challenge.

Well done Daisy for having a try of something new😊👍. I wasn't a big fan of mushrooms when I was younger either but I don't mind garlic or chilli mushrooms now.

Afraid not...but sweet potatoes did get a 'thumbs up'. They've had them before, but not in a while; so we'll probably start having them as an alternative to regular potatoes. Comments are closed.
