At Chorley Marlins, we’re always looking for ways to help our swimmers reach their full potential — both in and out of the pool. One of the key areas we’re currently exploring is the reintroduction of land training for our members. Land training (sometimes called “dryside training”) plays an important role in a swimmer’s overall development.
