 Preston SC Super Sprint Meet 2026 Entries for the Preston SC Super Sprint Meet 2026 will open on Saturday 6th December. The meet takes place on Sunday 4th January 2026 at Darwen Leisure Centre and provides a vital opportunity for swimmers to gain County qualifying times before the window closes. Unfortunately, our club entries for the Burnley Bobcats Last Chance County Qualifier were not accepted due to the meet being heavily oversubscribed. To ensure our swimmers still have a chance to secure their County times, we have added the Super Sprint Meet to our competition calendar. Because of this late addition, the entry window is extremely tight — entries close on Thursday 11th December. Payment must be made at the time of entry. We will not be able to chase late payments or incomplete entries. Meet Information PSC Super Sprint Meet 2026 Date: Sunday 4th January 2026 Venue: Darwen Leisure Centre, The Green, Darwen Pool: 25m, 8-lane pool with anti-wave ropes and Swiss Timing Quantum system with scoreboard. Limited parking is available on site, with additional parking options nearby. Competition Ages: As of midnight on Sunday 4th January 2026. This Level 3 licensed meet will run under Swim England Technical Rules. All swimmers must be registered at Swim England Club Compete level. The Female category is for birth-sex females in line with Swim England’s Transgender and Non-Binary Competition Policy. Entry into the Female category confirms the swimmer’s birth sex is female. Awards Medals awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place in all events, including 50m heats, for the following age groups: Female: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & Over Open: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & Over There will be no formal presentations. Medals must be collected from the trophy table in the café area on the day. They will not be available after the event. Spot prizes will also be available courtesy of MAK Swimwear.
