Mary has asked, if any swimmer needs a time so that they can enter the Blackpool Lights Gala, could they add a comment below, stating which stroke and distance they need a time for.

Henrik will turn 11 a couple of weeks before this gala. Most of his times are OK for 11, except 100 breaststroke (he needs to get under 2 mins - he's currently on 2:00.97!). Additionally, he hasn't got a time for 50 butterfly, so it might be worth getting a time for this too (although he's not keen on fly and is unlikely willingly enter a race).

Harrison turns 12 on the Saturday of the gala (28/10) his times for all 50m races are not quick enough at age 12. Will he be able to try and improve on the races he wants to do? Probably 50m fly and 50m breast. Also he is not at training on Sunday due to us being away.
