Liam Williamson attended land training and improvers session on Sunday evening and unfortunately lost his tracksuit top.
It's a black Nike Roma top age 10-12 which he got for his birthday earlier in the week, he's really gutted to have lost it.
We have checked with reception who confirmed that nothing had been handed in so we're hoping someone has picked it up by accident. If you could please check your bags to make sure you haven't picked it up by mistake.
Please note the following gala entry deadlines:
Sunday, 17th July at 7pm for both our new season September galas :
Don't Miss Out!
For those swimmers travelling to Leeds this weekend for the Doncaster Dartes Long Course End of Season Meet, we wish you all fast swims and a great time.
Malcolm Wilson Memorial Gala 18th Sept
North Lancs Swimming are holding a sprint gala at Darwen on September 18th in memory of Malcolm Wilson who sadly passed away at the beginning of the year. As Malcolm was a highly respected and key member of the North Lancashire officiating community, we wanted to do something in his honour. Malcolm Wilson was and is still remembered as one of the kindest, fairest and most welcoming referees in our area, always supporting of both swimmers and officials alike. This meet is to celebrate his life involved with a sport he loved and to raise funds for his 2 nominated charities:
The Christie & Bolton Hospice
Closing Date is Sunday 17th July as I think this will be a very popular Meet!!!

Mary Parkinson our head coach is celebrating being with Chorley Marlins for 20 years this year. Well done Mary you've seen swimmers come and go and coached national and even international swimmers over the years. No one can disagree you're part of the fixtures and fittings at Chorley Marlins, we simply wouldn't be who we are without you, can you keep going for another 20 ;-)
Due to dwindling numbers attending the Tuesday spinning classes, we've had to make the decision to cancel them until further notice.
The committee will review the impact of this on the District squad and look to replace with something else.
If any of you have any ideas or suggestions then please feel free to comment below.
