BMSS Winter Gala - 20th Nov

​Well done to all the swimmers from Chorley Marlins who competed at Bolton on Sunday. You did us proud.

The poolside team spirit was evident for all of the spectators to see, plenty of cheering each other on by both swimmers and coaches.
The team looked smart in their club T shirts, and matching hats and costumes. It was great to see our younger swimmers out in force, keen to improve their times and gain invaluable experience racing.

Many of our older swimmers were chasing County times, with most swimmers gaining good PBs, and some won medals.  A couple of races had 3 Marlins in out of 8 swimmers. It was great to watch. 

Well done to Martha S, Daisy N, Lauren W, Layla A, Sarah G,  Mia-Lou P, Holly T, Molly R, Caitlyn G, Grace H, Alice S, Emily B, Isabel D, Kate W, Keira D, Kate E, Katie H,  Millie O, Mollie H, Kate D,
Jurrand D, Alfie H, Ethan R, Owen K, Jayden L, Joe P, Liam W, Callum W, Daniel L, Joe A, Thomas R, Callan S,  Stephen B, and Nathan W.

Medals were won by Jurrand, Joe A, Joe P, Nathan, Stephen, Mia-Lou, Kate D and Katie.

Well done to the parents, officials and coaches who helped on the pool side and those who swealtered in the heat watching and supporting.
