It was an eventful weekend down in Wrexham as Chorley Marlins were well represented with basically 93 races entered into with 70 of those swims resulting in personal best times (PB's). It's fair to say that Chorley Marlins made a big impact down in Wrexham, not bad, not bad at all. It is worth noting as well that not only did we carry away our own weight in medals but we also broke records along the way: Anna Doughty got the Wrexham meet records for the 14 year old category in the following events:- 100 breast, 400 free, 100 fly, 50 free, 50 breast and the 100 free Also Jack Dandy got the Wrexham meet records for 14 year old category in the following events:- 50 fly and the 50 free.
