The ASA NWR Diving Management Group have organised a Flip N Fun session on Saturday 1st February 2014 from 4.00 – 6.00pm. Cost £5.00 per person at Manchester Aquatic Centre. See below poster for more details.

This coming weekend's long course training will again be for those swimmers that have achieved county qualifying times for this years county championships.
If you are swimming at Blackpool, then it's OK to attend long course a little later than the start time of 6:30pm. The session will be adjusted and shouldn't be a tough one to take into account those that have been competing. Please note that the final Duel in the Pool round will be on Monday the 3rd Feb.
starting at 7pm through till 10pm. A coach will be provided to take swimmers and parents to the gala.the coach will leave All Seasons at 11:45am, please arrived earlier than this so as not to hold up the departure.
Dear Coaches, Swimmers & Parents As you may be aware the FINA Technical Swimming Committee have released a statement of clarification regarding the new rules relating to hand position on Brs and Fly touches. In case you have not seen this please find below a link to the clarification on the British Swimming website for your info:

Please check carefully if your child qualifies for this gala. As far as I am able to check there are only a couple of swimmers who have achieved a qualifying time who are not competing at Blackpool and I have contacted them direct. All the others have entered Blackpool, but I may have missed someone so please double-check. I will be at Blackpool all of the second weekend (1st and 2nd Feb) should anyone wish to hand over their entry forms and payment there. This would be appreciated as it gives me a head start with processing them all. The deadline is tight to get entries in, to allow Blackpool times to be used, so your assistance would be most welcome. There has been a change of start time to an earlier slot to allow all the heats to take place.
The new start time is 7pm Please arrive 15mins prior to the start time to allow for registration Please be aware of the start time change from 5pm to 4pm
