 This weekend sees The Dwarf Sports Association UK (patron Ellie Simmonds MBE/OBE) host it's 23rd National games in the West Midlands. Over 190 athletes from around the world will be competing, including our very own Marlin's swimmer, Olivia Broome. Lots of luck Olivia, have a fantastic time.  Good luck to the following boys representing Marlin's this weekend at the NW summer regional Champs taking place at Manchester Aquatics centre:- 4*100m freestyle relay Jacob Hughes Stephen Brown Callum Eastwood Jordon O'Hara 4*100m medley relay Liam Hardman Stephen Brown Jordon O'Hara Callum Eastwood Jordon O'Hara is also competing in his own individual events: 50 free, 100 free & 50 fly.  Travelling to Wales this weekend we have Holly McHugh, who is competing in the Wrexham Open Spring meet. Good luck Holly, swim fast!!

Now Open to Alpha's Intermediates & Improvers there's still time to get your name down on the Butterfly clinic with Olympic medalist Michael Rock. Have a look at the photo below from the Juniors and District clinic that happened last month.   With only a limited number of swimmers from JD and District taking up long course training at Manchester tomorrow, we would like to offer any of those swimmers from junior squad to attend.
6-8pm @ Manchester Aquatics Centre Please have a look at the information attached regarding the gala this weekend. 
Training at Brinscall has been cancelled and those that would normally swim at this time are required to train long course at Manchester instead 6-8pm. Could you please indicate below if you're are going to Manchester so we are aware of the numbers.  Just a reminder that the closing date for the Wrexham gala is today, please get your entries in as soon as possible. See the upcoming galas page for more information.
