Tuesday night's spinning classes will begin at 6pm from now on
but you are still required to arrive 5mins early to set your bike up. Parents and swimmers of other squads (Intermediates and up) are welcome to attend the classes for a subsidised price of £3 per bike, payable at reception before the class starts. Please make sure you get a receipt to give to the class teacher before you start. Please also note if you are improvers you may also be able to join in, but please speak the Mary first to make sure it's suitable for you.

 Active Nation @ All Seasons Leisure Centre are holding a discovery weekend over the 11th & 12th July, this will enable you to try out different activities which the centre provides. Keep an eye out around the leisure centre for more details which will be advertised over the coming weeks. Sorry for the late notice but please see below for this weekends Microleague team. Could you please confirm your attendance or not using the comments section below. Please also be aware that the leisure centre at Southport is extremely cramped for spectators and as such it is limited to 1 spectator per swimmer.  Just a reminder that tickets are still available for this Friday's presentation evening at Chorley Football club. Tickets are available from your liaison officers or you could comment below to reserve tickets for collection on the door on the night.  The following list shows the final entrants into this years 50m pool competition at Sheffield (Worksop Dolphins Gala) Can you please check the entries are correct and inform the competition secretary of any amendments before Monday.   Don't forget that tonight isn't normal training it's your Mini Marlins gala,
please arrive slightly before 5pm to be ready for a 5pm start. Also it would be advisable to bring along a spare towel for use on poolside to keep warm. Good Luck Everyone. Please be aware that there will be no training this Saturday from 5-7pm at Chorley,
due to the Mini Marlins Gala. Please be aware the deadline for entering this years Sheffield gala is fast approaching (Sun 21st June)
don't forget: This is an excellent opportunity to race in the 10 lane 50m Ponds Forge pool at Sheffield. This pool has been home to the British National Age Group / Youth finals for many years. Another bonus is that there are no lower qualifying times making the gala easy to enter for our swimmers. It’s quite rare to be able to enter a gala in a 50m pool that hasn’t got lower qualifying times. Sorry to do this to you but it seems a busy week ahead with other gala's and competitions taking up the main pool at Chorley, please be aware of the following cancelled training sessions this week.
Wed 17th June - Schools gala - No Training @ Chorley 7-9pm Thur 18th June - Schools gala - No Training @ Chorley 7-9pm Sat 20th June - Mini's gala - No Training @ Chorley 5-7pm Well done to everyone who competed over the weekend, have a look at the results below to see how you did. Please note the Saturday's results printed out after the gala and posted here on Sunday were incorrect, there were a few errors in DOB's. The below results have been verified now and are the final standings.
