Anna Doughty & Tom Gibbs have both managed to qualify for the British Championships that are taking place all this week and over the weekend. Anna is swimming in the 50 freestyle on Friday morning and Tom is swimming in the 100 Fly on Saturday morning. Could I ask that if you're spectating at thew next Microleague gala could someone please make a few notes on our teams performance and email them to me so that I can then draft a brief description of the gala for the website. Nothing major, a few highlights that's all. Try to focus on the positive aspects, although it is difficult seeing as we are in Div A against some very strong opposition.
Thanks Richard, our resident Land Training Coordinator would like to invite all the parents of our land training swimmers to come along to the session on Sunday 26th April so you can see for yourselves what your children are achieving and how hard they work.
The parents that do come along will be doing the session with the swimmers, no watching, therefore suitable attire will be required. This will be a great chance to experience what your child has to go through every week but it will be a good way to bond and have a good time together. We hope to see you there. Can you please check you're paying the correct fees for your swimmers as per the list below:
Due to Active Nation increasing pool fees we have in turn unfortunately, had to increase our monthly fees also. Attached is the renewal of swimming fees for each squad. We are really sorry to have to make this increase Minis £16.50 Alphas £19.50 Improvers £25.50 Inters £31.00 Juniors £39.00 JD £41.00 District £45.50 Club 3 £19.00 Masters £19.00 Please be aware that there will be no training at all this Saturday from 5-8pm,
including Mini Marlins due to us hosting the Microleague gala at Chorley. Please have a look for your name below and register your attendance using the commenting system before Friday 17th April. As it's our home gala we will be allowed to run a 'B' team along side the main events   Due to the training sessions being quiet over the Easter break,
we've decided to move all training to Chorley in the evening 5-7pm, so therefore there will be no training at Brinscall 10am-12pm tomorrow 11th April. Please see the attached documents with details and qualifying times for this years NW Regional Championships.
