Leyland Barracudas versus Chorley Marlins

Monday 29th June 2020 to Sunday 12th July 2020

Swimmers from Leyland Barracudas and Chorley Marlins ages 12+ will have the chance to compete against each other in a challenge and the club with the furthest distance wins.

This challenge will help build up your fitness as the return to the pool gets closer and help a group of Young Aquatic Volunteers complete their qualifications.

Over the two weeks you will be required to cover as many miles as possible in any way you can - cycling, running, walking, cross trainer - basically any form of exercise is acceptable (i.e walking the dog) so long as it can be verified and recorded e.g. on Strava.  

The challenge will run from 6am on Monday 29th June until 5pm on Sunday 12th July. You will need to submit your data (details to follow) at the end of each week (Sunday 5th July for week 1 and Sunday 12th July for week 2 between 12 noon and 6pm) the data will then be collated and the teams will be updated to establish who is in the lead and by how far etc.
