Due to only 2 people putting their name down for long course training at Manchester tomorrow night, we've had to make the descision to cancel.

You can find more information on our easy fundraising page as well here: Link   The time is upon us again where children who are too old to swim for Micro League compete in our very own Duel In The Pool against Leyland Barracudas. As usual it takes place during the normal training sessions on Monday nights 7-10pm on the following dates: Monday 2nd November - EDIT - Cancelled till the new year date TBA Monday 11th January @ Leyland Monday 1st February @ Chorley The following list gives the names of those eligible to take part, could you please indicate if you are to take part or not, there will be medals for the fastest swimmers in each age group and the cost is a minimal £2.50 per round £7.50 in total, to cover the cost of the medals etc. It's a great bit of fun between 2 local clubs and is a break from the usual training routine so get your names down either here or on the notice board at All seasons.  Please see the below memo sent from Blackpool Aquatics regarding this weekends gala, ans also the warm up times and food price list.    Please have a look below to see if you've been selected for the 2nd round of this years Arena League competition. Could you please use the comments system below to show your availability. there will be a coach available leaving All Seasons leisure centre at 3:30pm.  Please find below the information regarding the upcoming Mini Marlins Gala on the 28th Nov. These events are great for our younger swimmers, and everyone is encouraged to enter. A great swim all round saw Chorley Marlins win the first round of this years Arena League with a massive 205 points scored, well done to all those that swam, great effort.

Thanks for everyone's support for previous events regarding raffle prizes but we would again like it if you could please donate unwanted gifts, wine or chocolates etc. for the many number of events we have coming up.
We have our annual winter gala, the presentation evening and the mini marlins gala all coming up in the next few weeks. Please could you hand them in to your squads liaison officer or coach in the coming weeks. Thanks Could we please ask everyone who has signed up for the swim With Stars, Olympian swim camp to make their payments by cheque or bank transfer by the 1st November.
Failure to pay by this date will result in non admittance to the event Also please be advised that swimmers attending will need a packed lunch or light snacks with them and they should be dressed in full Marlins kit (swim cap, blue costume & T-shirt) Please be aware of the following cancelled sessions on Saturday 31st October 2015.
Training @ Brinscall 10am-12pm is cancelled. Training @ Chorley 5-7pm is cancelled. Mini Marlins are Unaffected and will swim as usual All those swimmers from Inters,Juniors,JD & District, that didn't compete at Blackpool during the day are to swim Long Course @ Manchester instead. Could you please leave feedback below if you intend to go to Manchester so we have an idea of numbers going. |
