Attached is the entry form, but copies will be at All Seasons should you need one. Any questions please do not hesitate to contact either Mary, Ewan, Nicola, Claire, Cheryl or the liaison officers at the pool, who will be able help you THERE WILL BE NO TRAINING ON THIS DAY FOR THOSE SWIMMERS THAT ARE UNABLE TO OR DON'T WANT TO ATTEND THE GALA.  One of our swimmers (Flynn Martin) is doing a sponsored walk from The Lock & Quay, Botany Bay to White Coppice and back this Saturday 14th October at 1pm. If any one wants to join them they are more than welcome, and any Marlins wants to join in can they wear their Marlins tops.  Some parents have been asking about the Presentation Evening we have after the Distance Gala.
Unfortunately at the moment we haven’t been able to secure a venue, which is either available or has the capacity we require. We have been trying since September but many venues are fully booked due to Christmas Parties and Events. We are in the process of trying some alternatives, once we are successful we will let everyone know. Please have a look at the attached team sheet and indicate if you're available to swim or not, by using the comments system below.  We have been informed by the leisure centre staff that barefooted helpers or those wearing flip flops are no longer allowed.
We would therefore request that anyone who works poolside e.g. coaches, wears trainers moving forward rather than bare feet or flip flops. .It's that time again, doesn't time fly?
