1. Go to the Online Entry Page. Entries opened on Wednesday 22nd February 2023.

2. Click Chorley Marlins SC from the drop down.
3. Find and click your name within the list.
4. Tick the entries you wish to enter.
5. Payment is via Paypal. Please follow the payment instructions. Your entry will not be complete until you receive a confirmation of payment email.
Entry fee is £9 per event.

​The Consideration Times are attached below, if events are oversubscribed it is possible that some entries may be rejected.

Entry times must have been achieved at a Level 1, 2, or 3 meet between 1st October
2021 and the closing date for entries. Submitted entry times shall be used for seeding and rejection purposes as required; once a time has been submitted improved times will not be permitted. 

Members attending Burnley Bobcats "Racing for Regionals" should wait until after this meet before submitting their entry.

There are some training cancellations in March:

Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th March - no morning training at Brinscall due to Burnley BOBCATS "Racing for Regionals"

Saturday 11th March - no morning training at Brinscall due to North Lancs Swim League R2

Sunday 12th March - no training at Brinscall or Chorley due to ​Chorley Marlins Spring Meet

Please submit entries through Swim Manager under 'Meets'. The 50m events are open to Development Group only and 100/200m events to Alphas and above. If it is not showing in your account please contact [email protected] with what squad your swimmer is in.

The team sheet for the our first fixture of the Micro League North West 2023 is below. Taking place on Sunday 26th February at Stonyhurst College, Clitheroe BB7 9PU, warm up is 2:00pm. Due to the restricted spectating area, clubs are limited to one ticket per swimmer. 
Admission is £3 payable on entry, cash only.

Swim Manager invoices have been sent out for spectator tickets for tomorrows Southport Shrimps Gala to everyone who requested one. Tickets can be collected in the foyer at the pool tomorrow. A reminder warm up starts at 12:00pm so swimmers need to arrive prior to that.

We have some extra spectator tickets available, we are giving priority to parents of 8/9 year old swimmers. If you would like one please leave a comment below.

For those who paid on Friday evening at the pool their invoices will be marked as paid.

For swimmers selected for the Shrimps Gala team who swim in Minis, Development Group or Alphas, there will be additional training at 6:00 pm on Saturday 18th at All Seasons. Swimmers who are already there from the 5:00pm session can remain for the additional training.

Burnley Bobcats Racing for Regionals accepted entries are attached below. Chorley Marlins entries are on pages 19 & 20. Further information such as warm up times will be given once we receive it.

The Southport Swimming Club Shrimp Gala will take place on Sunday 19th February 2022. The meet will take place at Knowsley Leisure And Culture Park, Longview Drive, Huyton, Liverpool L36 6EG. ​The warm up will be at 12.00pm.

The Chorley Marlins team sheet for this meet is below.

This gala is a friendly team fixture for 9-12 year olds usually between 8 clubs ahead of the upcoming Micro League season that starts at the 26th February for Chorley Marlins swimmers This gala consists entirely of relay events, all of which are 25 metres and there is a total of 35 events.

We have received an allocation of 30 tickets for spectators, there will be a maximum of 1 ticket per swimmer / family. If you would like a spectator ticket then please comment below. We will confirm nearer to the time that you have been allocated a ticket and you will be asked to pay in advance, which is £5 per ticket.

There will be no morning training at Brinscall on Sunday 12th February. Intermediates and Junior Squad members can train on Saturday morning 8-10am at Brinscall instead.

Entries open on Friday 10th February for Chorley Marlins Spring Meet to be held on Sunday 12th March, 1:00 - 5:00pm  at Darwen Leisure Centre.

This meet is a Club Championship for Chorley Marlins Members from Development Group (50m events only), Alphas, Improvers, Intermediates, Juniors, Junior District, District and Squad. 

The meet will use eight lanes, 25 metres with anti- turbulence lane ropes.  

There are no qualifying times – ages as at 12th March 2023.

Events include 100m Freestyle, 100m Breaststroke, 100m Backstroke, 100m Butterfly, 100m & 200m IM

For Development Group swimmers only – 50m Freestyle, 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke, 50m Butterfly.

Entry fees - £4.00 per event, plus a £2 gala entry fee per swimmer. Please ensure payment is paid at the time of submission.
