who have been selected to swim at this year’s Summer Nationals: British Championships 28th July – 2nd August 2015: Thomas Gibbs, Anna Doughty and Elodie Smallwood English ASA Nationals 4th-9th August 2015: Elizabeth Woodcock, Mariette Braithwaite and Elodie Smallwood and also Jack Hardman who has been selected to swim as part of a relay team Good luck Everyone! Why not join in or just cheer them along next Saturday  Details have been released about this years Blackpool lights gala on the weekend 31st Oct to 1st Nov.

 Please be aware that the UK Ironman is being held on the roads around Brinscall and will affect travel to and from training on Sunday morning. It is for this reason we have decided to cancel training tomorrow morning Sunday 19th July.
