The Land Training Challenge this week is a heart rate challenge.
Part 1 - record your resting heart rate. The best time to check it is as soon as your wake up. Take it over two or three mornings and then take the average reading. Part 2 - maximum heart rate. Choose an exercise to perform to get your heart rate as high as possible and record the highest heart rate you get. |
