 The team sheet for the first fixture of the Arena League 2023 is below. Round one takes place on Saturday 14th October at Kendal Leisure Centre LA9 7HX. Please confirm availability in the comments section. Round 2 will be on Saturday 11th November (Kendal)
Round 3 will be on Saturday 9th December (TBC)
