The dates for Duel in the Pool have been released, there's just 2 rounds this year one at Chorley and one at Leyland, lets get everyone entered into this and lets go out to win :) Please tick your entry on the notice board at All Seasons or comment on here

Hi, just to clarify for everyone, this event is for those swimmers that are too old to swim for the Microleague galas. That is if they are 13 or over by the 25th November 2019.
