 North Lancs. No Frills Meet Darwen Leisure Centre. Sunday 10th October. Accepted entries are now out for the No Frills Meet next weekend. Please carefully check your entries in the attached file. We would like to remind swimmers and parents that this is a 'no frills' event. No medals will be awarded, however times will be made available and will be uploaded to Swim England rankings. Spectators are encouraged to print off the programme in advance of attending, as there will only be a limited supply of programmes at the venues. Please remember that mobile phones and other electronic devices with image capturing capability are not permitted in the leisure centre, so we would ask that spectators print off the programme and do not access it on their phone/tablet at the event. Please also remember that spectator numbers are restricted to one spectator per swimming family. Swimmers will require an extra towel / t-shirt for use on poolside between events, snacks, and water / still drinks for rehydration (no fizzy drinks). Timings are expected to be as follows: 8.30am warm up for 9.30am start (Session 1 - Events 101 - 110) 1.00pm warm up for 2.00pm start (Session 2 - Events 201 - 210) Expected Finish 4.30pm.
