Important info from the event organisers: Not long to go now until the 2017 Wigan Starter meet, the meet is looking very full and I look forward to some awesome swimming again at the Wigan Life Centre. Please be aware that the Saturday afternoon has been pushed back by 15 minutes to allow coaches and team mangers to get a little bit of down time between sessions.

Access to this pool is via the changing village, the poolside may also be used by clubs as it will be less crowded in this space. Swimmer using this pool must be supervised by a coach or team manager at all times. Withdrawals Withdrawals must be made before the start of the warm up of the session the swimmer is due to swim in. Please state the swimmers name, event name, event number and competitor number of each event they wish to withdraw from. If you have any withdrawals please do them now. Medals Medals will be awarded on the North Galley, which is above the entrance on the first floor. Swimmers are required to be adequately covered and wearing something on their feet when leaving the poolside. Results Multiple projected scoreboard will be used on the far wall again, where both swimmers and spectators can see it. Results will be uploaded to our website throughout the day at http://wiganswimming.co.uk/starter2017 start lists and PDF results will also be available online. Results and Start lists will also be displayed on the balcony and on the poolside. Marshalling Marshalling will be via the changing village and signs will be put up to direct swimmers, the group changing entrance to the competition pool will be used for marshalling to the blocks only. Swimmers, coaches and team managers should familiarise themselves prior to the session starting. Swimmers must report to marshalling before their heat, allowing plenty of time before the start. Officials We are still short of qualified officials. Entries Over the last few weeks I have been amending the entries, below is the final product I am unable to add an incorrect or missed swims from this point.
